As the Earth undergoes profound environmental changes and disasters and the powers-that-be neglect it, many of us are feeling disempowered and at a loss on how to process and proceed, partly because the conversation around environmentalism has become inaccessible to many and has long ignored the essential role that racial and social equity play in the survival of our planet. Environmental educator, storyteller, and writer Isaias Hernandez aims to make the complex and often obscured discussions around environmental literacy accessible to everyone, particularly those who are awakening to their complicity in climate destruction but feel powerless to effect change.
