About the Author
Nora Singley is a California-born, New York–trained recipe developer with two decades of experience as a professional cook, consultant, and food writer and stylist. She spent nearly seven career-defining years working for Martha Stewart in her test and television kitchens, during which time she discovered the one-pot pasta method. Now she is Head of Culinary for cookbook author Molly Baz; writes NOODLE, a lighthearted Substack recipe newsletter; and leads culinary development at Face Plant, an award-winning, plant-based, fast-food restaurant in Portland, Oregon. She lives in Los Angeles with her family.
